Professor at the Department of Medical Diagnostic Imaging, College of Health Sciences, University of Sharjah, UAE. Served as Rector at Green International University, Lahore; University of Faisalabad; and Ibadat International University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Also served as Pro-Rector and Founder Dean of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences at the University of Lahore, Pakistan.
Professor Gilani chairs the Department of Advanced Ultrasound at Sindh Medical University. His clinical focus: early fetal anatomy, high-resolution MSK ultrasound, and AI-assisted diagnostics. He has trained over 250 fellows globally and delivered 100+ invited lectures.
